Air Grate Aluminum

56% Open Area.   With this amount of venting, the aluminum air grate is the preferred choice for maximizing air diffusion. Being aluminum, it also boasts an overall thicker construction that strikes a good balance of weight and strength.


Features:  2' x 2' size (W x L), 56% open area, solid aluminum construction is lighter in weight than steel, attractive vent pattern and surface finishes

Air Grate Steel

45% Open Area.   As an alternative to its aluminum sibling, the steel air grate still provides an excellent rate of airflow. Its sleek framework and oval-shaped vents accomodate smooth air diffusion into the environment above.


Features:  2' x 2' size (W x L), 45% open area, steel construction, attractive design with optional top surface finish

Perforated Panel Steel

25% Open Area.  Over the years, the perforated panel has been a favorite of data centers and general office areas.


Advantage:  A larger open area is not always better; a smaller open area gives facility administrators the flexibility to control temperatures in more succinct increments.


 

Features:  2' x 2' size (W x L), 25% open area, steel construction, 64-dome pattern, optional top surface finish

 

Optional Top Surface Finish:  High Pressure Laminate (HPL)
